Returns & Exchanges

At Zafino, we’re committed to creating jewellery you love. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help make it right. Please contact us to arrange a return or exchange.

Returns

You’re welcome to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Include original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase (packing slip)

Please note:

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings. We also do not accept returns for gift vouchers.

 

How to Return Your Item

Return postage is at the customer’s expense.

We recommend using registered, insured post via Australia Post as we cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels.

Please include a copy of your order number with your return. 

Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, we’ll process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Change of Mind

If you’ve simply changed your mind, we’re happy to offer a refund (excluding earrings). Please note:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

These will be deducted from your refund total

Gift Vouchers, Credit Notes & Coupons

Discount codes, vouchers, and credit notes must be applied at checkout.

We cannot apply discounts or codes after payment has been completed.

If you’re having trouble using a code, just reach out to us via the chat bubble for quick help.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us via email - hello@zafino.com.au 

All Zafino jewellery comes with a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase for any manufacturing defects. If your item is deemed faulty, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost.

Please note:

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Mishandling or accidental damage
  • Normal wear & tear
  • Ageing or natural tarnishing
  • Damage caused during shipping

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by contacting us at hello@zafino.com.au before the withdrawal period expires.

Once we receive your returned items, we will refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery

Stockist Purchases

If you purchased your Zafino jewellery from one of our stockists, please contact them directly for any returns or exchanges.

We are unable to refund or accept returns from purchases made via our Stockists.

A Quick Note on Earrings

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credit notes on earrings unless the item is deemed faulty. We include detailed size and dimension info in each product listing to help you choose with confidence.
