Refund Policy

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- A genuine Zafino piece
Please note that we cannot accept returns of earrings or gift vouchers.

International Customers: All returns must be shipped to our Melbourne, Australia address regardless of your location. Return postage costs, including any applicable customs duties or import fees on the return shipment, are the responsibility of the sender. Zafino cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit, so we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postage service from your local provider.
For Australian customers, we recommend using insured registered post via Australia Post.
Change of Mind Refunds
If you have changed your mind about a purchase, you are welcome to return the item within 14 calendar days in accordance with our returns policy above. Please note that original postage charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to reappear in your account. Replacements & Faults
All Zafino products come with a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch via the chat bubble on our website homepage as soon as possible.
Items deemed faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. Please note that our warranty does not cover damage resulting from mishandling, including:
- Accidents or abusive impact
- Shipping damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Ageing and natural tarnishing

Gift Vouchers & Coupon Codes
Gift vouchers, credit notes, and coupon codes must be applied at checkout prior to payment. We are unable to apply discounts or codes after an order has been placed. If you are having trouble applying a code, please contact us via the chat bubble on our website homepage.
Please Note
- Items purchased through independent Zafino stockists must be returned directly to the stockist and are not eligible for return through Zafino.
- We strictly do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons, unless the item is deemed faulty.
- Product dimensions and sizing details are provided in each product description — we recommend reviewing these carefully before purchasing.
- We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credit notes on earrings unless deemed faulty.
