Returns and Exchange

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and will not be accepted if this process isn’t followed. Returns will not be accepted any later than 7 business days after return request has been submitted.

**We cannot accept returns of Earrings** 

Christmas Closure dates will effect this and we are more than happy to accommodate returns or exchanges taking into consideration that we will be closed from the 23rd Dec through to the 13th of Jan.

Items must be returned in the original condition and packaging and with proof of purchase (packing slip).

Return Postage costs on all returned items are the responsibility of the sender and Zafino cannot accept responsibility for any items that are misplaced during transit. It is for this reason that we highly recommend you use Insured Registered Post or express courier that has full tracking and proof of delivery.

Change of mind refunds:

Please note that all postage costs are non-refundable and a deduction of the original postage charges will be applied for all "change of mind" refunds. Therefore the refunded amount will be less the original postage charges.

If you are requesting a refund, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to re-appear in your account. If you have any questions regarding the state of your exchange or refund please contact us via the chat bubble on the homepage of our website. This will be the quickest way for us to answer your query.

Please Note: Items purchased through independent Zafino Stockists must be returned directly to the stockist.

 

GIFT VOUCHERS & COUPONS

Gift Voucher, Credit Note and Coupon codes must be added prior to checkout. Under no circumstances will orders be discounted post payment. REPLACEMENTS & FAULTS

We strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons. The size & dimensions are provided in our product descriptions, and we recommend looking over these to avoid disappointment. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes on earrings unless deemed faulty.

All Zafino products come with a 3 month warranty (from date of purchase) against manufacturing defects. All products that are deemed to be faulty, as the result of a manufacturing error, will be repaired and/or replaced at no cost. The warranty does not include mishandling.

Mishandling includes:

  • Shipping
  • Accidents
  • Abusive knock
  • Normal wear & tear
  • Ageing & natural tarnishing
